Don’t you love this photo? I do.
It has been captured at hight about 2000 meters above sea level. (2033 meters, if you prefer. Bjelasica mountain, Montenegro.)
We had so much luck with the weather.
It was rainy and foggy in Belgrade when we left, and a little worse when we came back.
It is like we have made a leap to another dimension.
Tons of snow, plenty of sunshine, fresh air, breathtaking view.
Perfect weekend. I didn’t feel like going home.
If you look more carefully, you can see that my body seems stiff, like a doll.
Don’t worry, it wasn’t that cold.
I just didn’t want to go home, and it was my way of showing it.
This is a piece of winter in my home town, Uzice. And I look like kind of gangsta…yo! The view is interesting and the whole picture looks retro, like 70’s in Yugoslavia. The bag I have on the pic is about that age. You can notice that all of the hills are completely covered by houses, my hometown is hilly and overcrowded. But it is a kind of nice. That is all that I wanted to say.
And yes, you are all welcome in Uzice, Serbia. You would love it, I promise.
The same difficulty occurs every winter in my home town- how to do my hair at foggy days. That evening we went to swimming pool, so I had to do some extra work to make it look half normal. This is an image of my struggle. Oh yes, I need a haircut! Now!
P. S. Later on I have found out my youngest sister’s ULTRA GIGA CYBER PROFESSIONAL hair dryer from Norway. I mean I knew about it before, but then she showed me how to use it. Good bye bad hair! This photo belongs to history.
Happy New Year! This was exactly the first of January, lovely and sunny day in western Serbia countryside. Despites of some problems with my camera, the day was perfect and I was taking huge steps toward the bright shiny future, that was just behind the corner….or a little further…
Another one with the snow…(later on we have realized that these kind of photos will be rare and exotic this winter) This was at Rtanj mountain, it is traditional action that takes a place every year on a weekend after Christmas. The mountain is shaped like a pyramid and locals say that it is often visited by aliens. It was claimed to be one of the safe places for the End of the World, that was supposed to happen on 21.12.2012. Unfortunately, it was canceled, as we all know. When we came down, we have visited the bar of a man known as Show, who told us everything about aliens, because he has communicated to them already. But government didn’t like it, so they have cut of his electricity and telephone, but he didn’t care. The bar was full and the atmosphere was totally weird….just what we needed. Anyway, the whole day was amazing, with the plenty of snow, ice, sunshine, beer and all the lovely things. We are starting to get ready for the next End of the world, and hoping that this one won’t fail. 😀
